About the role:
Supporting Corporate and Scribe network infrastructure and clients including support tasks. Support system uptime and maintenance for services and devices within the Augmedix organization.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and troubleshooting of Virtualization (Vcenter, ESXI, VDI), Network and/or Server, and third-party services. Administrations (VMware, Cisco Network Equipment, Windows Servers (i.e. AD), Linux Servers
- Responsible for ensuring IT Audit points, and Compliance Requirements are implemented as per relevant Standard Operating Procedures
- Respond to highly complex and technical user service requests/inquiries that involve problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution
- Participate in cross-functional projects and tasks
- End-user issue troubleshooting
- Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentation

Eligibilities
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent
- CCNA or 5+ Years information technology experience (Networking, System Administration and Troubleshooting)
- Knowledge of security policy requirements in a HIPAA environment preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced, quickly-growing startup environment
- The primary shift will be the Night shift (Bangladesh Time).
