Augmedix is looking for Senior Officer, Transport-Facilities in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with all department managers to determine transport requirements and schedule transport accordingly.
- Evaluate driver’s performance, deal with employee queries, and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Keep transportation operations within budget without compromising efficiency.
- Ensure all the compliance is met related to vehicle and driver.
- Arrange service, maintenance, and safety inspections of vehicles regularly.
- Install and maintain the Vehicle Management System (VMS); ensure that data is input and updated regularly and required reports are produced.
- Ensure all vehicles are regularly inspected (tires, tire pressure, fluid levels, etc.) and are kept in good working condition.
- Maintain liaison between management, drivers, and employees.

Eligibilities
- Graduation from any discipline
- Fluent in English Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience working in Admin or Facilities in any renowned company in transport management.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Word and Excel(G suite proficiency is a plus).
- Willingness to follow instructions and receive guidance.
- Able to manage transportation of 600+ employees in different shifts.
- Able to work at US time.
- Familiar with US standard compliance in terms of vehicle management.
