Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the employee leave management to ensure that the employees are compliant with the leave policy and update the leave database accordingly.
• Prepare monthly payroll sheet of Augmedix Bangladesh employees by adjusting salary, leave, weekend shifts, holidays and bonuses.
• Prepare and distribute letters to employees for organizational requirements such as confirmation, increment, promotion, term changes and other certificates.
• Maintain and update both ADP and zenefits whenever there is new joiners entry, termination and term changes of both BD and US employees.
• Update Compliance tracker, police verification and prepare OIG report for both US and BD AXBD employees required for operational purposes.
• Update information of Company Organogram and employee directory required for management.
• Provide various employee headcount reports for managerial decision making purposes.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to ensure that all HR operational processes are fit for purpose
• Lead the development of innovative policies and creative methods of working for wellbeing, employee engagement and related initiatives.
