  • Receive Inbound calls from American customers and solve their queries

Job Context:

ASL BPO is an outsourcing firm that is looking for a customer care representative for one of our American clients. The job will be on the night shift. 6-days a week, 8 hours a day working schedule (10 PM to 6 AM).
