Job Responsibilities:
- Importing data from Client’s Portal and scrubbing work orders as per company’s prescribed procedure
- Make thorough analysis of each work order and ensure the jobs performed by the vendors are in accordance with the client requirements.
- Make comprehensive analysis on property condition/damages and make bid accordingly for repair/replace
Submit work order to the client portal according to prescribed process. - Dealing with post submission follow-up issues arising from clients’ end
- Keeping close Coordination with all relevant teams to complete a job on time.
- Prepare and submit periodical reports as required by the management

Eligibilities
Educational Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Other Skill Requirement:
- Must be fluent in English Communication
- Conversant in MS Office applications
- Familiar in using internet/browsing applications
- Typing speed around 50 WPM
Experience Requirement:
- 1 year working experience in the similar field is highly preferable
