Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the current trends of the retail industry and implement them
- Demonstrate and execute innovative sales strategies
- Supervise a sales team and keep them in regulation
- Monitor and prepare reports of performances, and present it to the management team
- Communicate directly with customers and aim to gratify their requirements
- Maintain and organize overall products and accessories
- Keep a track of the in-store stock
- Assist customers with purchase decisions
