Business Growth, Senior Executive
As a growing organization, we are looking for a Business Growth, Senior Executive who is capable of taking on challenges, driven, determined, and passionate about books. The person should be able to build and manage an efficient, proactive team to execute sales, marketing, branding, and distribution plans to meet the organization’s sales targets. They have to coordinate with the staff of the other departments, including the editing department, to ensure that everything goes smoothly from inception to delivery of each book.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research focusing on the publication industry
- Create and develop sales, marketing, branding, and distribution strategies
- Find out new avenues for sales and generate leads
- Develop a warm relationship with the customers
- Create and manage a CRM database
- Propose and fulfill targets for sales and communications on a weekly, monthly, and tri-monthly basis and deliver reports

Salary Range
- 30,000-40,000 BDT/Month
Eligibilities
- Bachelor in Business Administration (preferably majored in Marketing)
- At least three years of experience in developing marketing strategies and leading the team
- Skilled at typing in Bengali and English, Google Docs and Google Sheets, CRM, and writing emails
- Capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and having the mindset to conduct any task for the sake of the organization
