Ada is hiring Senior Executive, Platform & Performance 2022 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proposing campaign strategies and KPIs, executing them, optimizing in the process and working towards achieving the set KPIs, on behalf of clients .
  • Collecting data, analyzing, generating insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Working collaboratively with cross functional teams such as the account management, creative and data science teams end to end in order to pull off client campaigns successfully.
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) – requires you to keep your knowledge and skills up to date where digital is concerned. This requires you to complete the necessary certifications (such as Google Shopping), participating in training programs, researching and reading up related articles, blogposts etc.
  • Needs to be a go-getter – identifying opportunities/generating smart ideas and pinpointing them to the relevant teams and working mutually towards executing it successfully. For instance: executing dynamic ads may make the designer’s time more productive and on the other hand, the CPC may be low followed by a higher CTR as opposed to uploaded ads .
  • Continuous exploration of new digital tools that will facilitate a smart working environment. For instance: a tool to automate regular reports.

Eligibilities

  • A degree bachelors degree in relevant concentration from a recognized university
  • S uccessful completion of the Google Ads (minimum display and search) and Facebook Blueprint certifications is a definite advantage.
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in the field of digital preferably from an advertising agency.
  • Familiar with tools /platforms such as Google analytics, Google ads, Facebook ads, MS Excel, SimilarWeb , Firebase and any other related tool s/platforms inclu ding programmatic .
  • Having a decent knowledge on setting up tracking (e.g. adding a pixel , creating mobile app events ) is a definite advantage.
  • Having the ability to forecast budgets/results, analyze data and generate concise observations/insights and recommendations .
  • Exposure to campaign management – understanding the variety of campaign objectives and KPIs (such as CPA, CPM etc.) and working smart towards optimizing campaigns and achieving the set KPIs. Having a decent knowledge in regard to mobile app-based campaigns is an added advantage.
  • Self-learning is a must and should be passionate about conducting research and identifying new avenues/trends in digital and thereby presenting to the team, executing it and evaluating the performance
