Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of DSP, Viber, WhatsApp, SMS, Omnichannel .
- Evaluating and analyzing product-wise business growth & requirements
- Collaborating with partner for any business-related requirements.
- Conducting UAT session before any new products go live.
- Product lifecycle management.
- Handling RFI, RFQ process for any new projects.
- Evaluating product’s market accessibility from business point of view.
- Evaluating technical feasibility for any new product development.
- Managing digital products business and collaborating with the sales team to drive the digital products business.
- Introducing digital products to the sales team and co-operate with them to be able to provide clear insights to the clients.
- Evaluating and analyzing product-wise technical growth and requirements.
- Collaborating with Partner for any tech-related requirements.
- Overseeing new product lifecycle from development to ready for the Market.Providing accurate data after the analysis.
- Provide developmental support for any new in-house requirement.
- Automation of any existing operational activities for team’s comfort.
- Providing support to the Telco and Telco Data products.
- Merging the requirements from Telco & Telco Data products and innovating new products.
- Providing Product wise market insights.

Eligibilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in CSE.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in APIs, SQL, HTML and CSS.
- Proficient in Excel and Power-point
- Hands on experience on wireframing and BRD(Business Requirement Document) preparation
- Good in research, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office, Excel and ability to create charts, spreadsheets and presentations.
- The ability to work as part of the team and independently.
