ABM SOFT is hiring Sales And Marketing Representative 2022 in Khulna.
Job Responsibilities
- Must be able to achieve Monthly Sales Target(Self & Team).
- Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members.
- Able to regular market visit, meeting with existing and potential customers, digital marketing etc.
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Able to convince the prospecting customer. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Able to prepare & maintain sales, revenue, budget & any other reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the markets.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding clients requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s market goals.
- Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
- Applicant must be dynamic and good wishes or willing to work under pressure.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of our services and products.
- Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles and practices.
- You need to always keep a smiling, warm, friendly, and positive attitude.

Educational Requirements
- Masters degree in any discipline
- MBA / BBA with major in Marketing will be preferred.
- Skills Required: Computer skill, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word, Presentation, Project Documentation, Software operation
