Job Responsibilities:
- Identify key growth, strategic, and optimization opportunities through data and communicate findings to business teams.
- Manage and train a team of junior data analysts
- Own & manage the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards.
- Work with large datasets on data extraction, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and presentation.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by identifying, structuring, and executing product and performance analyses.
- Build cross-functional partnerships with the product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to drive key business decisions.
- Design, perform and analyze A/B tests with Growth team
- Empower teams with actionable insights, and reduce the number of business decisions made without data
- Conduct training sessions on data analytics for other teams in the company

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience in a related field
- 4-5 years of relevant analytics experience
- Experience with working on large data sets is a plus
- Experience with managing a team of data analysts
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of statistics (e.g., A/B testing, hypothesis testing, time series forecasting, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in BI data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort querying large datasets.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g. Google Sheets or Excel)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to tell stories with data, and deliver data-driven insights to different types of audiences.
What will make you stand out
- Proficiency with Python or R for data analytics (e.g. pandas, matplotlib, dplyr)
- A good understanding of the EdTech market, specifically in the context of Bangladesh
- Previous startup experience
