Job Responsibilities:
- Research the approach/methodology of different types of content according to market trends.
- Content plans & shoots exciting reels, short ads & videos according to market trends.
- Understands 10 Minute School content and its position in our market.
- Ideate Concepts with a copywriter, craft detailed storyboards for video productions, and enhance video edits and delivery.
- Maintains organized workflow and communication with the Content Team, Copywriter Team, Marketing Team, Instructors & QAC.

Has experience in Digital Content Creation with various organizations, influencers, and for themselves.

Enjoys researching the background and creative process of various content.

Can identify the complexities of each particular project and implement solutions to overcome them.

Has an inherent curiosity for the visual arts and the creative process.

Can paint pictures with their words and evoke inspiring thoughts with their writing.

Has in-depth knowledge of the Content Creation process, from ideation to shooting & guiding the Editor to execute the final content.

Has problem-solving skills, a sense of humor, and a good dose of flexibility.
