- Act as a Customer Service head in respective Centre/area.
- Develop working pattern that escalate team motivation / bonding / higher performance achievements.
- Capture market insight and thoroughly analyze related industry trends, financial opportunities and share innovative initiatives.
- Regional Customer Service Monitoring (Periodical visit and service monitoring of that particular Flagship).
- Accumulate segment base customer feedback, complaints and query. Evaluate critical factors and provide feedback to service process for service improvement.
- Monitor and follow-up received customer complaints escalation and share observations for serving process simplification.
- Formation of result-oriented campaigns, events and awareness programs with precise alignment of internal/ external stakeholders.
- Stake holder Management: Dealing External Stake Holder (LEA/DC/ADC/ Mayor etc.) for any query/service
- Stake holder Management: Dealing Internal Stake Holders (HR & Admin, Marketing, Back office of CE, KYC Compliance Team, Corporate affairs, Technologies, Commercial, Finance etc.)
- Timely deposit the amount in Bank and maintains the petty cash.
- Maintain and report daily/weekly/monthly financial report.
- Training the front lines and give refresher on daily basis as per requirement.
- Reporting (content and format as agreed) on regular basis as agreed (Daily/weekly/monthly).
