Youth Station presents the Nimbus – Writing and Photography Contest 2020
Nimbus Event details:
- Catch 22
Catch 22 is a writing event where you will be provided with a critical (also interesting) scenario in which you have to consider the plot-line of your story. You have to start by showing the situation you are in and bring a conclusion to the mess. All the scenarios are posted on our official event page on Facebook. Please select one of the scenarios and write on it!
- Word limit- 1000 words (Remember 1000 words is the limit. You can definitely fit your story in fewer words if you want)
- Writings can be submitted in both English and Bangla.
- Fan fiction writing
Fan fiction writing is basically a version of writing in your own words but the plot or scenario takes place in a world which you have probably read in a book, watched in a movie, and can expand to almost anything like the lives of celebrities. All the fanfiction themes are posted on their official Facebook event page. Select any theme and write your story!
- Word limit- 1000 words (Remember 1000 words is the limit. You can definitely fit your story in fewer words if you want)
- Writings can be submitted in both English and Bangla

- Photography contest
Since we are all in lockdown and there is little room for our talents with cameras, the photography contest will be open themed.
- Each participant can submit a maximum of 2 photographs.

- All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
- Winners of every event will receive Achievement certificates and Prize money.
- Winners and their content will also be featured on their page.
- Participants outside Bangladesh can participate and they do not have to pay the registration fees.
- However, in that case, if they win they will only receive certificates.

- To confirm your participation, register yourself in the participation registration link.
- The registration fee is 100 BDT.
- One participant can take part in all the categories within one registration.
