Internship Opportunity – Presentation Specialist at Analyzen. The primary role of the Presentations Specialist is to create presentations and other marketing/technology material timely and accurately
Currently, the role would involve dealing directly with the Technology team to prepare project plan, determine timelines and scope of the project. This position reports directly to the Senior Planner – Technology and is located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who is able to bring to life complicated ideas in an impactful, memorable way.
This Internship requires and intern who is impressively collaborator skilled at working with senior leadership in fast-paced, sensitive, and ambiguous environments. The intern must be an excellent listener who remains calm under pressure and can patiently help teams reach consensus. The intern must be Organized and consistent in process which helps teams stick to the plan to deliver high-quality results on time.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Produces presentations using knowledge of third-party software and customized templates
2. Manages layouts and designing of communications such as presentations and brochures
3. Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and client expectations for creativity and accuracy
4. Communicate on a timely basis with clients on job status or deadline issues
Accurately log all job request data in appropriate reports
5. Quality assure every job to ensure client requested specifications were followed prior to delivery
6. Team player with a positive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali language, and excellent interpersonal skills
TERMS:
1. Candidate should be ok to sign 6 months of service agreement with Analyzen.
2. Candidate Should be fine with rotational shifts
3. Candidate should be flexible with after office works.
