Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of Optimizely’s Product Onboarding team, ensuring a premium, high-touch experience for all customers.
- Articulate complex thoughts clearly to effectively engage and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee global client onboarding projects from the initial sales handover through to the successful go-live stage.
- Leverage extensive experience in client-facing roles to drive meaningful engagement, high satisfaction, and long-term success.
- Simultaneously manage multiple customer onboarding processes, tailoring strategies to specific customer use cases and business goals.
- Maintain high standards of technical quality throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Proactively manage project timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and balance stakeholder expectations to ensure a seamless experience.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy by providing consistent, high-quality updates on project status and milestones.
- Utilize proven project management methodologies and tools to keep complex onboarding programs on track.
- Work in close partnership with internal teams and external implementation partners to execute structured onboarding programs.
- Define clear program objectives and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure mutual success.
- Serve as the centralized hub for communication between the customer and the implementation team throughout the onboarding process.
- Expertly navigate and utilize essential tools, including Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Kantata, Zendesk, Jira, and Gainsight.
- Maintain a deep, evolving knowledge of the Optimizely product suite to actively promote product adoption.
- Stay current with both product updates and relevant industry tools to provide expert guidance and support to customers.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years in customer success and project management within a SaaS/PaaS environment.
- Must have experience with global clients and managing international projects.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, and respond to shifting customer needs and timelines.
- PMP certification required; familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies required.
- Highly collaborative, organized, and execution-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Solid project management skills, with attention to detail, timelines, and quality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility in dynamic project settings.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, CMS, cloud computing, B2B/B2C commerce, and web technologies.
- Familiarity with Optimizely products is a plus.
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Energetic team player with strong work ethic, organizational skills, stakeholder management, and leadership ability.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
