Job Responsibilities:
- Establish product onboarding governance through comprehensive market research on competitive price points, product quality benchmarks, and customer expectations.
- Orchestrate end-to-end (E2E) lifecycle management of live products in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment from launch to performance optimization.
- Identify assortment gaps and emerging trends via in-market visits (Online/Offline), and propose strategic product additions to enhance category relevance and competitiveness.
- Partner with regional/local marketing teams to design, execute, and measure the performance of paid campaigns across third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads), tracking the full customer journey and sharing actionable insights with internal and external stakeholders.
- Co-develop SKU visibility strategies with regional/local operations to optimize product exposure across categories and strategic business units.
- Continuously evaluate assortment performance, recommending data-backed adjustments to pricing, content quality, and product attributes to exceed customer expectations and drive conversion.
- Deliver executive-level performance reports to the Senior Management Team (SMT), linking strategic initiatives to measurable business outcomes to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze inventory and demand signals to identify stock gaps, quantify potential revenue impact, and empower supply chain and commercial teams to proactively secure inventory.
- Leverage analytics to diagnose business performance, uncovering opportunities to enhance sales velocity and profitability through targeted interventions.
- Formulate promotional and tactical sales plans to drive consistent day-over-day growth and maximize category performance.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Graduates from any background will be eligible for primary selection.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing Sellers/Partners/Brands. Any business degree/ Supply chain/Marketing certification will be treated as value addition.
- Connectivity with the manufacturers and/or direct importers will be treated as an additional qualification.
- Previous experience in brands & marketing agencies will be treated as value addition.
- Candidates from the retail (online/offline) industry and preferred from sales/marketing / Supply Chain teams will be preferred.
- Relevant experience with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SQL for reporting, analysis, and automations.
