Job Responsibilities:
- Create Program Schedule: Develop and manage daily/weekly class routines to ensure smooth operations across various tasks.
- CMS Check: Verify and validate content in the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure accuracy and alignment with required standards.
- App Check: Perform regular checks on the Shikho app to ensure all content and features are functioning properly.
- Managing Output-Based Works: Oversee tasks related to the output of academic content and related operations, ensuring timely completion.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite applications.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset toward exploring and using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), R Markdown and LaTeX will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues while maintaining quality standards.
- Good organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
