Job Responsibilities:
- Drive machine performance through planned and unplanned downtime reduction.
- Lead scheduling, prioritize work orders, and develop annual maintenance plans.
- Ensure adherence to sustainability, safety, and quality standards (IMS, QMS, PMI policies).
- Coach and train teams in technical mastery and problem-solving.
- Own breakdown elimination and maintenance planning systems; conduct health checks and implement countermeasures.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technical High School equivalent
- 3+ years in manufacturing with strong maintenance planning experience.
- Exposure to people coordination/management is an asset
- Technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
- Languages: Local language required; English is an asset
- Be a key driver of operational excellence and innovation
