Commure is looking for Business Intelligence Analyst 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to uncover trends, outliers, and actionable insights.
- Design, write, and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from relational databases.
- Build interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or other BI platforms.
- Apply table design principles (e.g., normalization, indexing, key constraints) when working with datasets or proposing schema changes to ensure scalability and performance.
- Develop lightweight JavaScript-based logic for BI tools or front-end solutions (e.g., Retool) to support business users with dynamic views or form-driven workflows.
- Assist in developing and maintaining ETL pipelines or automated data workflows to support regular reporting and analytics needs.
- Participate in defining, documenting, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across different operational teams.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates with a demonstrated understanding of SQL, JavaScript, and business process analysis are strongly preferred.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analytics.
- Experience with SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Exposure to JavaScript or scripting languages for light automation tasks is a plus.
- Previous internship or academic projects involving data-driven decision-making, report building, or process analysis are advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and comfort with working in cross-functional teams.
