Daraz is looking for Last Mile Lead in Dhaka 2025
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor division-wise selected Last Mile hubs and report directly to the Regional Manager.
- Monitor the day-to-day tasks of a HUB Supervisor
- Create Ageing/Backlog reports for all the hubs they are supervising.
- Monitor the roster for all the in-house employees
- Maintain seamless communication with all the hubs for smooth operation
- Communicate with different departments to ensure effective and efficient delivery operations
- Monitor all the delivery-related issues for selected hubs and raise the issues to the relevant authority for execution of corrective measures.
- Monitor the hubs’ daily success rate, petty cash, and cash collection, as well as deposits.
- Frequent hub visits to identify issues and work on issue resolution by providing guidance and training.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in Logistics, Distribution, E-Commerce, Transport, Supply Chain or relevant field.
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
