BAT is looking for Team Leader-Operations Function 2025 in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule & control shift operations efficiently to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure calculated planned downtime and smooth run ability of machines to achieve the Master Production Schedule target as well as targeted and support the IWS philosophy
- Ensure manufacturing of product by meeting quality targets through agreed processes, aiming to reduce/eliminate market complaints and ensure product integrity
- Coordinate and support all maintenance activities to ensure smooth running of machines and reduction in downtimes, and provide full support to the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities
- Drive breakthrough results in Process Reliability, Planned and Unplanned Downtime while delivering against the Master Production Schedule
- Provide prompt feedback regarding the machines’ performance to IWS/Technical teams.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- A sound educational background with minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (EEE/ IPE/ ME, etc.) or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with prior ECA experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to be empowered, work independently, and focus on results.
- A proven record to build close working relationships with a diverse range of people.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
