Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the CARC budget (CAC & CRC) to ensure efficient and impactful spending.
- Own the user journey from awareness to retention. Identify drop-off points and develop strategies to reduce churn and increase lifetime value (LTV).
- Optimize CRM campaigns (e.g., email, push, SMS) and in-app engagement.
- Use data to drive decision-making. Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and present findings to leadership with clear action plans.
- Collaborate with the Regional Growth, Product & Marketing Teams to develop and execute Customer lifecycle strategies that support user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
- Run continuous A/B tests & Experiments to improve conversion, activation, retention, and Pricing metrics.
- Collaborate closely with local cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Logistics, and Quick Commerce, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and goals.
- Manager & grow PandaPRO (Subscription) in BD, by improving PRO Value proposition (PRO Deals, Unlimited Free Delivery, Partnership Benefits), Product & App visibility, and PRO retention metrics.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention funnels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights and track performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
