Berger is looking for Officer Quality Assurance 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- To perform and manage quality assurance activities during assigned shifts, ensuring quality of in-process samples and finished products through quality inspection protocols.
- To conduct physical and chemical testing of incoming raw materials and packaging materials as per standard specifications before approval for production use.
- To ensure up-to-date specification sheets for all raw materials and packaging items in coordination with R&D and procurement.
- To identify product/process deviations, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- To ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all quality-related activities and assist in the implementation of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 17025 etc.), including document control and audit readiness.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain and others) to resolve quality issues, optimize process parameters and ensure alignment between quality requirements and operational goals.
- To analyse quality-related customer complaints, assist in investigations, and provide feedback and improvement plans.
- To ensure regular calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments in accordance with standard protocols.
- To maintain retention samples, batch-wise quality records, and inspection logs to ensure traceability and audit compliance.
- To conduct regular process audits and hygiene audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry from a well-recognized university.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance in chemical/paint/testing laboratories/ powder coating/emulsion-related industry will be preferred.
