Marico is looking for Manager – Factory Operations 2025 in Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for Production, Maintenance & Quality activities at the Manufacturing Unit.
- Prepare & Control the Annual Budget for the respective manufacturing unit.
- Plan, organize, direct, and manage optimal operations to meet and exceed set targets within budgeted costs.
- Work closely with the Demand & Supply Planning Team to ensure product availability.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Handle Projects for Capacity Creations.
- Responsible for selecting, coaching, and developing factory personnel.
- To liaise with the local government, agencies, and interested parties.
- Overall, Responsible for ensuring safety at the location.
- Responsible for Quality & Statutory Audits of the Factory.
- Maintain Favourable IR with Internal & External Stakeholders.
- Ensure good people management practices in line with the Company’s strategic HR policies.
- Ensure regulatory, legal compliance & all applicable laws.
- Take leadership in developing and anchoring a lean & safe culture.
- Liaise with support functions to ensure the required assistance (Supply Chain & Finance).

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc in Chemical/IPE/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University.
- At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in FMCG Industries.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
