  • Formulate and drive account sales strategies.
  • Smoothly transition from sales to operations, ensuring seamless implementation and execution.
  • Cultivate and foster both internal and external relationships to positively contribute to the success of our customers and Ericsson.
  • Innovatively create strategies that result in customer expansion and business growth.
  • Actively engage in market analysis, understanding the current trends to guide business decisions.
  • Mitigate business risks through effective and strategic management practices.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science is required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Min 5 years of experience of relationship sales and 8 years in the ICT industry.
  • Domain experience: RAN, Core, Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.
  • Consultative selling skills, commercial understanding and critical thinking.
  • Proven ability to gain customer and market insight.
  • Effective negotiation and influence skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
