Optimizely is looking for Visual Brand Design Specialist 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own our motion design brand guidelines and evergreen animation assets.
- Act as a resource for the for the marketing department and process creative requests as needed.
- Adhere to established motion design guidelines and adapt creatively within those parameters to maintain a cohesive visual style.
- Create video ads and commercials for our global campaigns.
- Partner with the Social Media teammates to develop video content.
- Work with the Web and Digital team to create animated web assets.
- Work with the campaigns team to created animated banner and social video ads.
- Occasional video editing to support in internal communications and announcements.
- Create elevated product explainer or tutorial videos.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Optimizely brand– supporting in updating our brand guidelines and resources.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years of motion design experience. Experience working for B2B brands is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required
- Expert knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- A strong foundation of key design principles: Typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and layout design
- Solid understanding of motion graphics principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling.
- Has experience in syncing audio, adding music, and using sound effects to support and enhance video content.
- Has experience working with web animation technologies like Lottie and Figma.
- Experienced in storyboarding for animated content and advertisement.
- An excellent communicator across teams and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
