Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on service performance, fostering a collaborative culture, and providing hands-on technical support, including coding when necessary.
- Champion production health and continuous deployment success, proactively addressing issues to ensure high availability, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive the adoption of software development best practices, including TDD, clean code principles, and SOLID design, through coaching, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Manage and prioritize the engineering backlog, balancing support requests, bug fixes, production incidents, and roadmap initiatives for effective sprint planning.
- Promote a customer-centric mindset, ensuring service performance improvements directly enhance the overall customer experience.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- GraphQL, REST
- .Net, C# is a must / Typescript is a plus
- Cloudflare workers, Kubernetes
- Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
- 3+ years’ experience of managing developer team(s)
- Experience developing with TypeScript
- Expertise with API design and development of GraphQL or RESTful web services
- Experience working with TDD and Clean Code
- Experience partnering closely with internal stakeholders, to gain a strong understanding of business and product data needs
- You find satisfaction in being a force multiplier for your colleagues
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering or related experience required
