Job Responsibilities:
- Support the business planning process with actionable insights to improve overall business KPIs
- Provide ample information & actionable insights to support senior management decision-making
- Create and deliver periodic reporting mechanisms for management to create critical insights and support staying on track related to key KPIs
- Track RTM/MDM-related KPIs to provide actionable insights (related to Headcount, Span of Control, Active Outlets without frequency, etc.) to help SFE Teams improve the RTM scenario and MDM accuracy
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns related to key performance indicators. Moreover, identify Sales and RTM anomalies related to sales figures by highlighting abnormal calls, sales spikes, VPO reconciliation on L12M, etc.
- Assist in consolidating the Premium System structure for both Distributor and Sales Team yearly, and track its payout along with its calculation as per the recommended monthly structure
- Prepare a report on the sales and customer analysis needed by actively participating in the projects in which they are involved
- Respond to the need for instant information and ad hoc analysis
- Collaborate with teams across CCI countries
- Deal with crises, innate problems, or challenges

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, etc
- 0–2 years of experience
- Proficient in English Language
- Understanding of applications for reporting
- Strong numerical reasoning skills to work with budgets and analyze business data
- Strong verbal reasoning skills to interpret business information and write reports
- Strong logical reasoning skills to analyze abstract information, identify patterns, and solve complex problems
- Strong data visualization skills, including the ability to collect data and manage various databases
