BRAC is looking for Manager, Project Coordination 2024 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing overall managerial and technical leadership, and administrative oversight to achieve project outcomes.
- Overseeing and guiding effective local stakeholder engagement through on-ground activities and advocacy, while developing and updating project and work plans, budgets, and operational matrices with head office staff, and suggesting necessary changes for effective engagement.
- Overseeing the planning and administration of, and/or conducting special events such as behavior change interventions, campaigns, workshops, trainings, and other events.
- Coordinating and managing other internal partners, regularly communicating project progress to the project advisory body for business plan development.
- Monitoring progress against evaluation targets, taking corrective actions as needed, and planning meetings and workshops to maximize government, stakeholder, and community involvement in line with the engagement strategy.
- Acting as the project liaison for donors, government authorities, and stakeholders, actively engaging in government interactions, and providing analysis for periodic donor reports on program activities and implementation.
- Collaborating closely with the field operation team to stay informed and address complex or sensitive issues, troubleshooting, and determining the appropriate course of action.
- Ensuring compliance with donor policies, procedures, and guidance regarding the environment, gender, and safeguarding.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of institutional context and frameworks for skills development, informal economy, and sustainability issues in Bangladesh
- Strong collaborative leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to develop and communicate a common vision among diverse partners and lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Good knowledge and understanding of current national and global development trends related to the economy, community, and skills development.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English
Educational Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in any relevant subject preferably in Education, Development Studies, or any other relevant discipline
Experience Requirement
Minimum three years (03) of demonstrated experience in implementing complex international development projects.
