Daraz is looking for Partner Support Agent – Digital (Customer Experience) 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with sellers to answer their questions, provide information, and advise them to do business through Daraz in a more convenient way.
- Verifying seller’s information and their shop details. If required communicate with them as a follow-up.
- Must be able to provide support for every seller’s query over the live chat.
- Ensure quality seller service to each seller & Retention through live chat.
- Collect and store user data within our back end system.
- Handle special requests and complaints of sellers.

Eligibilities
