Nagad is looking for Software QA – Deputy Lead Engineer/Assistant Lead Engineer 2022
Role Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for innovating and driving new quality initiatives, establishing new test frameworks and processes for testing upcoming functionality, finding ways to leverage and scale to deliver without compromising quality and efficiency, and helping to establish quality metrics and best practices for the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the success of new features by leading Quality planning with the team and other technical leaders through daily stand-up meetings, backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Contribute to the success of new features by providing product team and engineering leadership with actionable feedback to service Delivery regarding scope, complexity and feasibility of requests
- Contribute to the success of the team by providing thorough and thoughtful quality reviews that include analyses of usability, maintainability, security, and other relevant quality metrics
- Work with Product organization to improve current feature, through the UAT process and verify Acceptance Criteria
- Investigate and provide new solutions to existing and new problems by reviewing technologies, platforms or processes that will help the team to increase future feature quality and user-value
- Write test cases for current and upcoming feature work by utilizing tools to assist with long-term goal of test Automation

Eligibilities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in CSE
Experience:
- For Deputy Lead Engineer 5-7 Years experienced resources in the field of MFS, Bank & Software Company will also be considered.
- For Assistant Lead Engineer 3-5 Years experienced resources in the field of MFS, Bank & Software Company will also be considered.
Relevant Experience:
- Working experience for MFS, Bank and payment system is a big plus
- Eagerness and interest in working on a variety of projects
- Candidate should be able to multi-task, work with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing requirements and project directions
- Ability to work well either independently or collaboratively
- Experience with Java (preferred) or JavaScript
- Experience with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Load testing using JMeter or similar tools will be a plus
- Hands-on experience with API test automation will be a plus
- Solid experience using JIRA and any test case management tool
- Hands-on experience with writing automation test scripts will be a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English and must have efficient communication skills
