BRAC International is hiring Deputy Manager, Finance and Accounts, BRAC Education Programme (Contractual) 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to compile and analyze financial performance report through communication with relevant staff in head office and field offices, and with downstream partner organisations.
- Provide support to report and align all financials transactions with central Finance & Accounts.
- Assist to coordinate with field for financial transaction.
- Assist in preparing and track budget (actual income/expenditure vs plan) and do the midyear review accordingly.
- Coordinate field and head office accounts of team.

Eligibilities
- Operating System : Windows 95 / 98 / xp / 2000 / 2003/ 7, Windows 10
- Package /Suites : Microsoft Office 95 / 97 / 2000 / XP/ 2003/ 2007/ 2010
- Accounting Software: Accounting Software XERO, AMMS (ASA Microfinance Management System)
- Skill to keep a healthy & friendly working environment ensuring proper coordination & communication with other departments that must be a major factor to have a worthy output.
- A good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- A good understanding of financial management obligations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to complete a job properly as a team or individually.
- Ability to work under pressure and smoothly face new challenges.
Educational Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline from any recognised university.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
