Robi is looking for Manager, ICT Project Delivery 2021 in Dhaka.
Responsibilities :
- Drive the successful adoption and onboarding of Robi’s ICT Solution at key organizations to help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings.
- Create value for customers by partnering to define success and building a joint plan with identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics needed to achieve their goals.
- Guide IT executives through the organizational changes needed to unlock the full value of the ICT Solution, cloud, and help them staff, train, and align their people and partners to deliver on their cloud transformation.
- Draw on knowledge of project management principles to plan and monitor ICT Solution focusing on ERP projects to ensure the project stays on schedule and changes to dates are communicated.
- Document project scope, risks, dependencies and timelines using our internal tools. (Asana, G Suite, Jira/Confluence, etc.).
- Stakeholder management across business teams including: Marketing, Legal, Finance, Care, Product Management, UX design, Network and Engineering.
- Establish and leverage key internal relationships to create a strong working team.
- Create and maintain project documentation and status updates.
- Provide support to teams to drive action items and follow up on unanswered questions regarding project scope and dependencies
- Report and escalate issues with sensitivity to messaging to stakeholders and leadership as necessary.
- Generate new business opportunity from existing & new clients.
Robi Axiata, the 2nd largest mobile network operator in Bangladesh currently owned by two major stakeholders being Axiata and Bharti Airtel. In this company, Axiata of Malaysia holds a major controlling stake of 61.82%, Bharti Airtel of India holds 28.18%, and remaining 10% stake is hold by investors in DSE and CSE.

Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business
- PMP & CSM Certification is MUST

Skills required:
- Knowledge Domain in ICT Solution – ERP, CRM, SFA & other enterprise solutions.
- Experience in solution document, pitching, story-telling, market research & delivery excellence for enterprise solutions will be essential
- A customer-centric approach. Experience with design thinking and dual track scrum.
- Technically savvy – you don’t need to be a developer but you do need to balance technical issues and customer needs
- IdeaBuzz, Tech Freak & Academic Idea competition recognition will be added plus
- Highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent problem solver enjoying coming up with creative solutions in a fast paced agile environment finding the sweet spot between speed and quality.
- Experience leading a cross functional team. Collaboration with relevant team players like engineers, designers and data scientists are a bonus.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally to get the job done
- Good self-starter, able to work alone and as part of a team.
