JTI is hiring Consumer Activation Manager 2021 in Dhaka.
The incumbent will support in the implementation of the consumer centric approach in Bangladesh by designing, developing and executing consumer strategies along with processes & measurement tools to facilitate the Trade Marketing Process. Under the guidance of his/her line manager, the incumbent will support to develop and execute strategies to route to consumer for JTI Bangladesh. The role is designed to support JTI’s process driven approach, aligned with the department vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative and effective activation techniques – Develop strategies and execution plan for consumer communication at point of sale, grounded insights into shopper motivation/behavior and opportunities/constraints in different shopper channels
- Ensure route to consumer process – Collaborates with product marketing teams to build activation strategies across the main consumer touch points. Coordinate the briefing session with product marketing teams and relevant parties (agency, material management, etc)
- Establish goals and KPIs – Set goals and KPIs for each activation including resource allocation and track ongoing result
- Effective communication with key stakeholders – Align key stakeholders with required support to ensure success of field marketing campaign. Share learnings for future development
- Develop and manage activation team – Building an effective & efficient consumer strategy team

Eligibilities

WORK EXPERIENCES:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in FMCG industry; relevant experience in tobacco industry would be an added advantage
- Strong marketing and business acumen with an in depth understanding of consumer and trade marketing in Bangladesh
- Experience in creating and validating EAS propositions aligned to organizational strategy, markets and business areas
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputed university
