The ITC Scholarship for Spatial Engineering Programme provides a limited number of partial scholarships to applicants with a very good academic track record, and who are applying for the Master’s in Spatial Engineering.  As this is a partial scholarship, admitted applicants must be able to show that additional funding for the two-year Master’s programme is available to complement the funding through this scholarship (i.e. covering all remaining fees and costs, € 14,496, before the payment deadline).

Instead of focusing on one scholarship programme look for additional scholarship programmes that may be suited for you as well. Often, scholarship grants can be combined and doing so your chances of obtaining a scholarship to top off all of your study related costs may increase.

When you are applying for more than one scholarship programme at a time, be certain that you note the aim of the scholarship programme and the requirements. At times, scholarship programmes allow one application, for one study programme, per deadline, per level of study. It may well be your multiple applications for the same scholarship programmes in the same deadline are limited or are disregarded on basis of the former.

Please consult our UT Scholarship Finder to find out more on eligibility requirements and required documentation for all types of available scholarship programmes. Please consult our Study Abroad pages for scholarship opportunities for outbound Exchange.

An application process from application (by you) to granting of scholarships by a scholarship provider may take 6 to 10 months. Therefore, we strongly advise you to start early in your search for financial assistance. Preferably more than one year prior to the start of your academic programme. As most programme require a set of documentation as part of your application, it is evident you will need to start to gather these documents early on in your application process.

Since all scholarships programmes for degrees at the UT require unconditional admission to a study programme at the UT, academic assessment by the UT also may take ample time. Academic assessment may take up to a month.

Most scholarship programmes open their application phase at 6 to 10 months prior to the start of a study programme or a study abroad trajectory.

For degree programmes at the UT, the UT only starts your visa applicaton process once you have secured funding for the study programme. In this light, and in case you rely on the outcome of a scholarship allocation, be certain that you will receive a grant award letter well in time of the visa application deadline.
