The GMBA (Global MBA) is the first English-taught program in Taiwan which offers MBA degrees to multinational students, of which approximately 45% to 50% are international students.
For international students who wish to learn Mandarin Chinese while pursuing their MBA degree, NCTU Chinese classes are included in the GMBA tuition, which helps you make the most of your MBA studies and your time in Taiwan.
NCTU’s Global MBA program is currently in cooperation with NCTU’s Center for Academic and Industry Collaboration, which has extensive connections with entrepreneurs and start-ups. Joined with comprehensive coursework, NCTU’s Global MBA program delivers rich exposure and diverse learning environments to students.

Eligibilities
- International students are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
- Applicants must have at least 2 years of work experience. Global MBA program embraces the diversity, hence we encourage people from different industries to apply.

Admission Requirements:

- Personal Statement
- Official Graduation Certificate of Bachelor Degree (or above) (Translation of official official diploma if the original one is not issued in English)
- One copy of official transcript with grades of every semester and explanation of grading system ( Translation of official transcript if the original one is not issued in English)
- Two letters of recommendation. The letters of recommendation must be provided by the applicant’s teachers/advisors/employers in either English.
- Passport or other proof of Nationality
- Proof of English proficiency: The minimum requirements (or equivalent) are TOEFL PBT 500 / CBT 173 / iBT 73, TOEIC 650 or IELTS 5.5 (academic) unless specified otherwise by some department/institutes.
**Not Required for applicants from or whose previous degree is from English-speaking countries: United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.
