The Holland Scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science together with Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences.
This scholarship is meant for international students from outside the EEA (European Economic Area) who want to do their bachelor’s or master’s in the Netherlands.

- This is not a full-tuition scholarship.
Eligibilities
- Non-EEA nationality.
- Applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s programme at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions.
- Meeting the specific requirements of the chosen institute. (Can be found on the website of the institution)
- Not having a degree from an education institution in the Netherlands.
