Atlas Corps is an overseas fellowship that targets to address critical social issues by developing leaders, strengthening organizations, and promoting innovation through an overseas fellowship of skilled social sector professionals. It is a 12-18 months long fellowship that covers health insurance, enrollment in the Atlas Corps Global Leadership Lab, flight and visa costs, and a living stipend to cover basic expenses.

Eligibilities

The applicants must have:

  • two or more years of professional experience
  • a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • proficiency in English
  • aged not more than 35
  • ready to serve in a country other than where they are from
  • determination to returning to their respective home country after the fellowship

Application Process

To apply for this opportunity, the applicants have to follow the following steps:

  • the applicant has to fill up the Part 1 application and submit it, where they will have to complete an initial eligibility test
  • after evaluation of the Part 1 application, selected applicants will face some additional questions about their skills and interests and several short essay questions
  • after the second round of evaluation, the further selected applicants shall go through a review and interview process, a host organization interview process, and a selection and visa process
