All researchers are invited to submit their original research papers with the following theme “Entrepreneurship, Team management, and Organizational Effectiveness: Promoting sustainable development through creativity, innovation and indigenous knowledge.”

Sustainable development requires dialogue and partnership with stakeholders including academic institutions and associations, companies and industries, NGOs, media, government agencies and general public.
