Moho Art Prize awards the best international talents in contemporary art. Awarded categories are painting, sculpture and installation, photography, new media. Applications are split into two categories: single project (Must consist of a minimum of 3 works. All the works must belong to the same single project or series. There are no limits to the number of works submitted for the same project) and entire production (All works must belong to the same artist. There are no limits to the number of works presented. For the purposes of evaluation, all the artist’s artistic production will be taken into consideration). Artists can also apply for both sections: single project and entire production. The evaluation will be carried out separately for the two sections. For each of the 4 categories 2 winners will be nominated, 1 for the single project section and 1 for the entire production section. The winners of each category will be awarded € 2.500,00 for the single project and €5.000,00 for the entire production. Applications are reserved for artists under 50 years old. Applications are open to artists of any nationality.

Application Process

APPLICATION FOR SINGLE PROJECT

The single project must consist of a minimum of 3 works. All the works must belong to the same single project or series. There are no limits to the number of works submitted for the same project.

For evaluation purposes only the single project or series will be considered.

APPLICATION FOR ENTIRE PRODUCTION

All works must belong to the same artist. There are no limits to the number of works presented. For the purposes of evaluation, all the artist’s artistic production will be taken into consideration.

APPLICATION FOR BOTH SECTIONS

Artists can also apply for both sections: single project and entire production. The evaluation will be carried out separately for the two sections.

WINNERS’ NOMINATIONS

For each of the 4 categories (painting, sculpture and installation, photography and new media) 2 winners will be nominated. One for the single project section and one for the entire production section.
