You get what you negotiate.” YSSE Academy invites you to our upcoming skill development session which is on the “Art of Negotiation”. A good negotiation contributes significantly to daily life and business success by leaving each party satisfied with the intention to interact with each other again. So, it is an undeniable fact how important it is to develop this skill in order to get the best out of every situation.

The Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE) is a youth-led organization established in February 2015 for promoting social entrepreneurship and fostering youth as social entrepreneurs to create positive social and environmental changes through their innovative ideas and actions.

- This Session is designed to give participants a generic idea about the personal and behaviour characteristics of effective negotiation. Participants will be encouraged to explore theoretical and practical approaches of negotiation strategy that take place in the real world.
- A short case based task will be given at the end, top 5 performers will be highlighted on YSSE official page. All the participants will receive certificates upon completion of the course and there will be opportunities to ask any question directly to the expert.
