Lean Six Sigma Training 2020 in Dhaka

Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) is offering Lean Six Sigma training program starting from April 17, 2020. The Lean Six Sigma Training Program is intended to develop technical leaders who can propel their respective organizations toward best-in-class status by reducing costs, improving cycle times, eliminating defects, reducing variation, and significantly increasing customer satisfaction.

Their extensive 48-hour classroom training covers a wide range of tools including Lean principles, Structured problem-solving methodology (DMAIC), Total Quality Management (TQM), Statistical Process Control (SPC), process capability etc. Classes will be conducted by highly trained Lean Six Sigma professionals (e.g. black belts, master black belt etc.). Moreover, the training program is affiliated with Dr. Mikel J Harry Six Sigma Management Institute, founded by the co-creator of Six Sigma at Motorola Inc., USA.
