Volunteering Opportunity at Save the Children

Are you passionate about bringing positive changes in the society? Do you want to join a team which works for Community Development using ICT? If the answers are yes, then Kolorob Plus is looking for you!

Kolorob Plus (https://www.facebook.com/scib.kolorob/) is a Project by Save the Children which aims to create an ICT based social accountability mechanism that ensures children, parents, community and service provider participation. To be a part of Kolorob volunteer team, to become a #Kolorobians, you must meet the below criteria:
• Must be above 18 years’ old
• Live either in Dhaka North City Corporation or Dhaka South City Corporation
• Own an android device for downloading the Kolorob app from Google Play Store and willing to use the device for voluntary work
• Must be comfortable using various software, internet and apps
• University students will get preference

If you meet these criteria, then don’t hesitate to leap for the next step.
• Simply download the Kolorob app from Google Play Store (https://cutt.ly/Kolorob)
• Install it on your device.
• Go to the menu, click on the “Volunteer Access” option.
• One more step to go! Fill up the google form and submit.

Shortlisted volunteers will be notified through Email

Once you get the opportunity to become a Kolorob’s volunteer, you will have to fulfill some specific responsibilities. Here is a glimpse:
• Adding information about service points, service providers etc. into the application
• Attending monthly general meeting.
• Promoting Kolorob’s objectives among community especially in youth community.
• Support in other activities related to Kolorob Plus
