The embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Dhaka is searching, for the period 01.07.2019 until 31.10.2019, someone to support the legal and consular department.
The activity includes the following tasks:
Acceptance, audit and electronic processing of visa applications
Leading visa interviews
Acceptance, review and electronic processing of passport applications
Preparation of credentials and consular certificates
File management
Written and telephone advice and information, including legal ones
Correspondence with jobs in Germany
Required subject-specific knowledge is taught at the workplace. The terms of the contract of this full-time position is based on the model employment contract of the embassy. The remuneration follows at local conditions. Applicants without Bangladeshi nationality should be in possession of a valid residence and work permit.

Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (at least B2)
- Very good English language skills
- Very good Bangla knowledge in spoken and written
- A minimum of intermediate education and as far as possible completed vocational training
(preferably in the area of office communication) - Police certificate of good conduct without entry
- Health fitness
- Wanted any work experience in related fields
- Knowledge of common IT office applications (MS Office, Windows 7)
- Commitment, enjoyment, teamwork and reliability
- Discretion and very good manners
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Ability to work independently
- Required subject-specific knowledge is taught at the workplace.
