Territory Sales Officer recruitment (BRAC Seed and Agro Enterprise)
Responsibilities:
Ensure direct sales through managing retails, handle product complaints and ensure necessary information flow to different stakeholder continuously. Develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate sales and ensure credit recovery within time Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical department. Plan and organize personal sales strategy based on dealer and retailer both by increase of existing dealer business and addition of new customers. Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Organize and participate in different promotional campaigns like demo, field day, fair to demonstrate the product at public. Ensure regular visit to distribution channel and farmers meeting target and increase business to meet monthly sales and collection target. Ensure displaying the promotional material at trade points and bazaar in the territory.

Eligibilities
- 1-2 years of experience in seed sales > Freshers are also encouraged to apply
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Graduates or Masters with science in SSC and HSC level. Candidates should have GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations
