Opportunity to work as Program Coordinator at EMK Center
EMK Center is looking an enthusiastic, service-oriented, self-starter professional with a commitment to excellence to join and lead the Program Team. Program Coordinator will develop and implement programs that align with the EMK Center’s mission and support the centre’s goals. The individual will also be responsible for creating program materials, establishing staffing requirements, and ensuring that program achieves stated objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the EMK Center;
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Creating and managing long-term goals;
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program;
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement;
- Providing program and administrative oversight, and ensuring all programs meet contract and funding requirements;
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved;
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues;
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle;
- Analyzing program risks.

Eligibilities
- Graduate or equivalent with specialization in Business Administration or Social Science;
- Professional demeanour and 3 years’ relevant experience;
- Proven experience in program management;
- Proven stakeholder management skills;
- Proven experience in managing in a team;
- Experience of grant management and financial reporting;
- Ability to relate to and work with diverse populations;
- A passion for learning and desire for continual improvement;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
