Presidency International Model United Nations 2020 in Chittagong

Presidency International Model United Nations is again ready to set benchmarks in the MUN circuit. In their second instalment, They plan to introduce participants with the real experience of the United Nations with innovative features!

Over the course of this three day period, delegates from different countries will debate, negotiate, and brainstorm over various political and social battles, using their combined intellect to carve out a valid and working plan to tackle the issues that have brought the world on the brink of damnation. Students take on the roles of delegates of their unique countries in this simulation of United Nations conferences to learn about the inner workings of global politics and problem-solving.

Presidency International Model United Nations is scheduled to be hosted from 2nd -4th July 2020 in Presidency International School in the heart of the economic hub of Bangladesh. Presidency International School is an English Medium school affiliated with Cambridge Assessment International Examinations.

By engaging in a myriad of topics such as international and national security, political and economic development, human rights, sustainability, and more, delegates learn to navigate the intricacies of international negotiation and teamwork, adopt new perspectives, and develop comprehensive resolutions on pressing global issues.

Last year’s PIMUN saw 220 delegates taking upon and duly putting forward possible resolutions to various agendas, relating crisis in the Middle East, the refugee crisis, climate change and gender equality.
