Management Trainee Basics

  • Two years program to cultivate talented individuals into future leaders
  • MT will be developed through structured rotation and stretched
    assignments in various functions and projects of the organization

Note

  • MT must give indemnity bond for serving with the institution for a minimum period of 3 (Three) years including probation period
  • Candidates not qualified in final interview as MT may be considered for selection as Officer under the regular pay scale of the Company

Eligibilities

  • Minimum graduated from Business Studies, Bank Management,
    Economics, Engineering, Law and any other streams from reputed
    public or private universities (local and foreign)
  • CGPA at least 3.25 at graduation level
  •  CGPA 5.00 in both SSC and HSC examinations / Minimum 5As in
    O level and 2As in A level
  • Age 30 years as of 30th September, 2019
  • Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
