MetLife, Inc is hiring Officer, Branch Customer Services 2020 in Dhaka. The key role is to identify and assess customers’ needs and build a sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication.

The incumbent will be responsible to provide face to face customer services to walk-in customers from any of the MetLife Sales Offices or Customer Touch Points located throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Walk-in Customers and provide them with cordial services on policy information, collection of premium & other payments and also by receiving customer service requests.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Maintain close liaison with the Head Office while performing related tasks associated with the above.
  • Process customer request by adhering to the MetLife Values (“Put Customers First”, “Be The Best”, “Make Things Easier”, and “Succeed Together”) and MetLife’s Customer Centricity strategy
  • Provide necessary support to back-office and ensure quality with highest ethical standard
  • Support business growth objectives of the Company
  • Develop and implement initiatives to reach established Customer Services goal

  • Bachelor’s (4 years)/ Master’s degree from any discipline;
